Design Layouts
The FAQ Section provides multiple professionally designed layouts. Each layout changes how questions and answers are displayed.
Available layout options include:
- Design 1 — Accordion style with expandable/collapsible questions
- Design 2 — Tabbed layout with category tabs and question lists
- Design 3 — Two-column layout with questions on left, answers on right
- Design 4 — Card-style with each FAQ in its own bordered card
- Design 5 — Minimal list with questions as links to answer sections
Color & Style Options
The FAQ Section inherits colours from your global Color & Style configuration. You can customize specific elements for better readability.
Customizable elements include:
- Question Text Colour — Colour of the question headings
- Answer Text Colour — Colour of the answer content
- Accordion Background — Background of expandable question items
- Accordion Border — Border style and colour between items
- Expand Icon — Plus/minus or arrow icon colour and style
- Active State — Colour when a question is expanded
- Section Background — Background colour of the entire FAQ section
FAQ Categories
Organize your FAQs into categories to help customers find relevant information faster. Categories group related questions together for easier navigation.
Common FAQ categories include:
- Orders — Placing orders, order modifications, cancellations
- Shipping — Delivery times, shipping methods, tracking
- Returns — Return policy, refund process, exchange procedures
- Products — Product information, sizing, availability
- Payments — Payment methods, failed transactions, refunds
- Account — Account creation, password reset, profile management

FAQ Items
Add individual questions and answers to your FAQ section. Each item should address a specific customer concern clearly and concisely.
Each FAQ item includes:
- Question — The customer question (keep it clear and specific)
- Answer — The detailed response (be thorough but concise)
- Category — The category the question belongs to
